Which Freertos-Plus-Tcp vulnerabilities are being exploited?
This is the list that matters most: flaws criminals are using now.
None of Freertos-Plus-Tcp's published vulnerabilities is on the list of flaws known to be exploited today. We keep watching that list.
Which Freertos-Plus-Tcp flaws are most likely to be used?
Ranked by the latest exploit-likelihood forecast: the chance each flaw is used in an attack in the next 30 days. A high severity score on its own doesn't tell you that. Flaws shared by many other makers' products are left out.
- 0.6%CVE-2024-38373Critical
FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP is a lightweight TCP/IP stack for FreeRTOS.
- 0.3%CVE-2025-11618Medium
A missing validation check in FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP's UDP/IPv6 packet processing code can lead to an invalid pointer dereference when receiving a UDP/IPv6 packet with an incorrect IP version field in the packet header.
- 0.3%CVE-2025-11616Medium
A missing validation check in FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP's ICMPv6 packet processing code can lead to an out-of-bounds read when receiving ICMPv6 packets of certain message types which are smaller than the expected size.

1 new flaw affects software Acme tracks
FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP is a lightweight TCP/IP stack for FreeRTOS. FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP versions 4.0.0 through 4.1.0 contain a buffer over-read issue in the DNS Response Parser when parsing domain names in a DNS response. A carefully crafted DNS response with domain name length value greater than the actual domain name length, could cause the parser to read beyond the DNS response buffer. This issue affects applications using DNS functionality of the FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP stack. Applications that do not use DNS functionality are not affected, even when the DNS functionality is enabled. This vulnerability has been patched in version 4.1.1.
